Annadil crushed Kilimeru 313 in a brilliant display during the ongoing Ali Chomoko Memorial Cricket Cup at the St. Constantine’s ground last weekend.
Kilimeru 313 won the toss and chose to bat first but struggled to build momentum managing 74/7 in 20 overs. Shaheed Bibo was the standout with 27 runs while Annadil’s Taha Nurbhai impressed with the ball, delivering a tight spell and taking 2 for 14.
In response, Annadil made light work of the chase, reaching the target in just seven overs without losing a wicket.
Huzeifa Seifudin led the charge with a solid 50 supported by Hussein Upa with 22, sealing a dominant and one-sided victory.
In the second match, Annadil won the toss and chose to bat, but TCA struggled to reach 25 runs. Juma Safari produced a standout bowling effort with 3 wickets for just 1 run while Swami Ajit added 2 wickets without conceding a run.
Annadil wrapped up the chase in only 1.3 overs with Juma Safari smashing 24 runs, securing their second consecutive 10-wicket win of the day.
