The Guru Nanak Rally will be held in Makuyuni, Arusha Region, on November 14–15, 2026, with organisers expecting at least 25 entries.
Arusha Motor Sports Club (AMSC) Secretary Monica Lyimo told The Arusha News that preparations were under way, including work on the routes and other logistical arrangements.
“We want to make it the most successful rally,” she said.
Monica said the opening day would be devoted to scrutineering and reconnaissance, allowing officials to inspect competing vehicles and crews to familiarise themselves with the routes ahead of racing.
She urged motorsport supporters to turn out in large numbers and help make the two-day event a success.
The previous edition, originally scheduled for 2025, was postponed and held in January 2026. Kenya’s Samman Vohra and British co-driver Drew Sturrock won the event in a Škoda Fabia Evo.
Jasmeet Chana and Ravi Chana finished second in a Ford Fiesta R5, while Arusha’s Gurpal Singh Sandhu and co-driver Dave Sihoka took third in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.
