The waves give hope
That it will come one more time
To embrace the shore,
As the fading sunset does
In its crimson blob,
Sinking into oblivion,
Only to arise untiringly,
On pearly, grey skies,
A beautiful birth of dawn,
All smiles,
The ambience set for the day,
The lush, green, palm trees,
Soaring, singing birds,
The sparkling sand,
Perfume of wild flowers,
What then is the cause,
To wake up with a groan?
Nature enthralls and invites all,
To seek love and joy
that speads like
A sprawling sky,
All ours to cherish,
Dusted in flakes of golden sun-kissed moments,
To forever behold.
